TO THE RESCUE: Bystanders pitch in to help save a young great white shark that became beached on Cape Cod. Rescuers are happy to report that the shark is alive and well.

This 2 metre (7 foot) juvenile male was supposedly stranded whilst trying to catch seagulls as the tide was moving out. The rescuers managed to tag him before he was released.
